Guest guest
I got this recipe offline somewhere and it was easy to throw together and nice & light. Three Grain Pilaf 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot 1/2 cup quinoa 1/2 cup millet 1 cup basmati rice 3 cups veggie broth chopped parsley to taste Saute the onion & carrot until soft (with or without some olive oil); add the 3 grains and toast for a few minutes. Add broth, bring to a boil, cover & simmer for approx. 20 minutes until moisture is absorbed. Stir in parsley and serve. I liked it and had it for lunch leftovers 2 days this week; Kymberli on the other hand thought it a little bland. Cindi It is much more difficult to judge oneself than to judge others. If you succeed in judging yourself rightly, then you are indeed a person of true wisdom. A. de Saint Exupery
