Guest guest
Welcome, David. I'm interested to know you're trying to make the transition back to vegetarianism. Some people do move away from it for various reasons, but it's great to know when they 'come home' again I'm so sorry to hear about your heart attack. This is really really a good move for you then, I'd say for sure. That and your buddhist meditation will help a lot - I don't need to tell you that. Have you read Dr Dean Ornish? (I forget the exact name of his book) Also Dr J. McDougall and Dr. Joel Fuhrman - and oh yes, Dr Esselstyne. All have good programmes for keeping and/or regaining a healthy heart, as do some others whom I'm ashamed to say escape my memory right now. There are members here who follow one or another of those recommendations. We look forward to hearing from you - not just a formulaic statement, I assure you, ever. In this case, I'd like to know how you're doing. It encourages so many people in transition or who haven't quite made up their minds to be veggie if they can hear from those who have been there or are there now Best of luck and good health - and thanks for writing in.
