Egg Beaters or other egg substitute (not whites) 1 c. diced veggie ham 1/2 c. chopped red pepper 1/2 c. chopped green onion 1 c. Kraft free shredded cheddar cheese 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Combine Egg Beaters, ham, red bell pepper, green onion, and cheddar cheese in 9x9-inch baking pan 3. Bake for 25 minutes, until fork inserted comes out clean.
