Guest guest Posted February 27, 2008 Report Share Posted February 27, 2008 Super Soy Protein Fruit Smoothie Meal Replacement Ingredients 1 c. vanilla or plain soymilk 1 scoop/serving soy protein powder 1/2 medium banana 3/4 c. frozen blueberries (almost any frozen fruit can be used without much of a big change in the calorie content) Nutritional Info *Fat:* 5.5g *Carbohydrates:* 42.0g *Calories:*323.6 *Protein:* 29.1g Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
