I live near St. Augustine, FL in the northeast corner of the state. I grew up here, moved away and then moved back to be near my family. I'm in my 40's. I'm exercising regularly and trying to eat healthier. I've been a vegetarian in the past. I've always been the vegie eater of the family. I could never be vegan - take away cheese and milk and I would not survive. Or maybe I would, but I wouldn't be happy about it. The vegetarian options in Northeast Florida are limited so I figured it would help if I made my own choices. I love to cook and try new things in the kitchen. For the most part, I cook for myself. I'm on the lookout for the most perfect vegie burger ever. It doesn't need to taste like meat, I would just like it to hold together enough to fit inside a bun with alot of pickles.
