else I may have overlooked (but hope not!).

 

It's lovely to see so many new members here all

at once - you have all made a great choice to

join this group because, I can guarantee, they

are a friendly bunch of the nicest people in the

world, always keen to help others! (There, I've

said it!) If any of you have any questions or

problems, pleeeeeese let us know - we will try to

help as best we can. Okay?

And most of all have FUN here. Weight loss

doesn't have to be dull and boring (or even very
