Pilaf Recipe /was Whatcha all having for dinner?

So, let's see: shall I omit the margarine from

the recipe (and suggest sauteeing in

water/stock), sub the rice for the couscous and

change the cooking time (white rice or brown?)

and rename the recipe to say pilaf or rice

instead of couscous? Yes, of course I should!

Best to have the recipe as YOU use it, not as

someone else does :) We like that!

I'll see about making the changes and putting it

into the Files soonish, okay?
