Guest guest
Well, the 2 oz butter/margarine can go for sure, just water saute the vegetables. Then whether you top it with cheeze, or how much cheeze you use, is up to you. The rest is pretty low-fat. If your curry paste has a lot of fat in it, sub in powder curry or your own mix. Guest guest
Good ideas - and when someone has tried it that way and posted the amendments to the recipe, we can file that nice slimming version away too! Meanwhile, of course, the recipe remains too full of calories and fat for slimming.
