Well, the 2 oz butter/margarine can go for sure, just water saute the

vegetables. Then whether you top it with cheeze, or how much cheeze

you use, is up to you. The rest is pretty low-fat. If your curry

paste has a lot of fat in it, sub in powder curry or your own mix.

Good ideas - and when someone has tried it that

way and posted the amendments to the recipe, we

can file that nice slimming version away too!

Meanwhile, of course, the recipe remains too full

of calories and fat for slimming.
