We are empty nesters, or rather we were until last March when we were adopted by a cat. We now share our home with a cat and 4 kittens, and totally love it. I'm leaning toward becoming vegetarian. I serve meat once or twice a week. My husband is okay with our menus but he will probably never become vegetarian. I was just diagnosed with diverticulosis. I have to change to a high fiber diet and avoid nuts, seeds and popcorn. I'm the only cook. My husband cooks when I'm away or on those times when it's " everyone for himself " night.
