The ideas given by Linda, Sparrow and others were all good.. just like to add a

few more money savers that are as effective as any high dollar commercial

equipment.<G> you know the blue rubber bands that they use as tourniquets in the

hospitals or Dr offices? I, and my health group, use them instead pf expensive

alternatives. Also, a roll of gift paper or a broom stick are excellent work-out

items. A straight regular chair is also very good as one may be used for many

exercises. A simple blanket or two folded up and placed on the floor can make a

good work-out pad for stretch and muscle/strength building exercises. All of

these things take up no extra space as you already have them available at no

extra cost. I've had the rowing machines, the by cycles, the treadmills,

barbells, AB builders, and on and on... the above make shift ideas work, too.

regular exercise like walking, aerobics, water walking etc are great according

to ones personal parameters. I can't do aerobics as too hard on me at my age e

and physical imparements, but do what I can. it's important to keep moving.

Love. Lee.
