Guest guest
Hi Pat, Thanks for the best wishes for 2008. I'm not sure how everyone feels about new year's resolutions but I usually set myself up for failure by aiming too high then totally giving up when I can't meet my high expectations. This year I have decided to be much more modest and realistic and aim for a steady but (hopefully) achievable weight loss of 1 kg (about 2 lb) each month. If I am successful it will still leave me with at least that much more to lose at the end of 2008. Is it too soon to start thinking about resolutions for 2009? (LOL) Another thing I will be aiming for is to try at least one new recipe each week. I have a large collection of cookbooks and they are crying out to be used more often. I'd love to hear if anyone else has any special resolutions for the new year.
