Guest guest
But with the glandular fever/mono relapse followed by a couple of falls ( one today in the hospital on the way to the pain clinic! The lift is being re-fitted & I had to walk up two flights of stairs which is a flight too many!) I hope to be more with it from now on! I do know what that is like, feeling so helpless and always afraid that another fall will make you even less able than you are now You were lucky, I think, to have had this last one in the hospital where they could check you out immediately. Stairs can be so difficult, and falling upstairs is no more fun than falling down them. Hope you're feeling a little better today? Take good care of yourself. Best love and hugs, Pat
