Excellent that the whole fam is veg. That makes cooking so much nicer when

No myself and my husband and our teenagers (16 and 18)

Just the 4 of us

I do all the cooking

Your group sounds ideal for me, I want to loose weight and also learn about

vegetarian cooking for myself and my whole family.

Hi Cindi, thank you so much.

Yes, if they hadn't been keen to go along with me I am sure it would

have been much more difficult.

It has become so much nicer to cook food that they are enjoying.

I feel better for deciding to do this.

So far it has been wonderful.

I am always keen to hear of some interesting recipes and will surely

swop mine with everyone as well.
