Guest guest
I think it¹s a personal choice. Deciding between Drs Fuhrman, McDougall, Esselstyn or Barnard isn¹t as important as finding something that you can stick with. They all have good programs that will work ... but they have to work for YOU. Which one fits your life? Which one will you be able to follow? I am following McDougall myself, but you have to do what works for you. If you pick one and find it¹s not working for you, don¹t give up and go back to old habits ‹ tweak it, or find something that does work for you. So did you read through the others and decide on McDougall, or did you try them all or a couple of them and end up on McDougall? Or perhaps someone recommended it? Of course it is a personal choice as you say - but how do people make that choice? > but you have to do what works for > you. Sounds as if you're speaking from experience here, and it is of course very good advice indeed. That's what I did - and I'm very pleased with the result!!!!!!! I think there are many here on McDougall - am I right, group? Best love, Pat
