Guest guest
Your doctor told you to go back to eating meat? Were you not getting enough of something in your diet? Sounds like you are eating a healthy vegetarian diet from your description of the bulk of your meals. That's really good. That's great that your daughter is making this decision on her own and has someone to support her in it. Cindi lorighany <lorighany wrote: Hi Cindi. I was a full vegetarian for about three years up until the time I went back to eating meat when I was pregnant with my baby who is now 15 months old. She, by the way, does not like meat at all of any kind and we feed her mashed up veggies, rice, soy milk, and earth's best organic baby food. I went back to meat under doctor's orders. My ten year old daughter who is trending toward vegetarianism has been on and off a vegetarian as the mood strikes her and is very concerned for animals. I am trending once again away from meat and try to get the bulk of my meals from organic, whole grains, nuts, vegetables, some soy products especially soy milk [i don't drink cow milk] but find it hard to stay away from ice cream on occasion although I have tried soy ice cream a few times. ~ God Bless You ~ lori ghany http://thinladysinging.blogspot.com/index.html
