Guest guest Posted August 2, 2007 Report Share Posted August 2, 2007 I did the 9 day program of Isagenix (actually 11 days - I did a 2 day " pre " cleanse) and no it is not alot of laxitives - I didn't have to rush to the restroom at all.... The 9 day has 2 days of cleanse (all liquid)then 5 days of shakes (or you can order it w/ soup instead) 2x a day and a sensible type lunch (they provide menu options) followed by the 2 days of cleanse again.... I lost 7.5 lbs. during my cleanse and have not gained any of the weight back (that was a month & a half ago so I am very happy!!)
