Ok since weighing in a fortnight ago I have gained 10 pounds :-( I blame this on

good food/cider at Plas Talgarth, Chinese on Saturday night (we went out on the

day we got home rather than fighting with the supermarket!), medication,

hormones and stress!

 

One piece of goodish news is that our landlady is selling through the agency we

rent from - bad news is she will want to move quickly
