Many people are finding that it is good for them, as well as good for other creatures and the environment, so it is a win-win choice! You will find lots of good recipes in our Files - and we would of course like to have yours too, if you have favourites you'd like to share. We ask all members to remember, however: that this is a veggie group, so we don't discuss me*t products or include them in recipes, and we are also a low-fat slimming group, which should also be reflected in all recipes ('Tried and True' only, please) posted here! Not a difficult thing to remember! We have some interesting links in our, er, Links section (would you believe) which should be helpful. Otherwise, if you have questions please feel free to ask! Getting onto a healthy, vegetarian diet with minimal _refined_ grains should be a big help. Good luck - and be sure to write in lots and lots!!!
