Guest guest
I'm Jane from Lock Haven, PA, am 48 years old. I'm currently working towards vegetarianism, right now a flexatarian. I do most of the cooking, hubby doesn't care what's put in front of him he tries it all. Primarily we eat a vegetarian based menu but we do deviate on the weekends sometimes. I admit to having a hard time going cold turkey on the hot wings. But I'm finding it easier and easier to leave them alone each week. When we visit family back in NC, its harder since meat is primary focus of each meal. But that is only for a few days every 3 months or so. I'm currently weighing around 241, have lost 28 pounds so far by switching to a vegetarian diet. The trouble I'm currently having is getting in over 1000 calories per day. I get to around 900-990 and am quite stuffed. I have diabetes with a history of gastroparesis and Crohn's disease. I think my gastroparesis is the main culprit behind the low calorie intake and feeling stuffed as my stomach is much slower to digest things. We are owned by a cat, Kaitlin, we are simply her royal guards and grounds keepers. Jane
