It's great to have you join us, and if you don't like to cook me*t, then vegetarian is certainly the way to go! Good luck with it! We have quite a few non-vegetarians on this group, and everything works out just fine. (JBut because Vegetarian Slimming is a veggie group we don't discuss me*t of any kind - including poultry and fish, etc., nor include it in any recipes. Eggs and dairy are okay here.) You may want to have a look at our Files for recipes etc. There are some good ideas for tofu, as a kind member has pointed out, in our Files, and for faking up 'meat' dishes in our 'FAKES' folder of the Recipes - but tofu dishes will be scattered all through our Files. Just have a leisurely look, and if you don't find what you're looking for be sure to let us know and say what it is yoou're trying to find. Okay? Tofu is pretty easy and quick to prepare, so no problem really Congratulations on losing 25 pounds! That's great. And good luck with the next 20. You've come to the right group!
