Especially people who have been vegetarians most their lives who have a well balanced diet. I will post last weeks but don't laugh I do have kids and it is baseball season so it has to be quick. Steph Monday:Oriental Noodles (peanut sauce) with broccoli Tuesday: Quorn Ckn, baked potato with peas Wednesday: Peach Cobbler with Tempah Bacon and fruit (breakfast night) Thursday: Leftover night Friday:Pizza Night (Family night out) Saturday:Falafels with corn Luggage? Our suppers are as follows (each one has additional fruits and vegetables too, I just grab a variety from the fresh/frozen food in the fridge. I cook double side veggies so I can have the same veggies for two lunches and dinners in a row.
