Guest guest Posted June 2, 2007 Report Share Posted June 2, 2007 I wlk 35-70 minutes a day at a 13-15 minute mile, sometimes a bit faster. Plus I ride my stationary bike probably about 1-2 hours a week. I also do 30-45 minutes of strength training/weight lifting 3 times a week. During the winter, I too use the leslie sassone videos, the Walk Away The Pounds, since it gets so icy here. When I can, I take advantage of free gym opportunities (like when travelling and staying in hotels or coming along as a guest member with a friend) because I love equiptment workouts like ellipticals, ut cannot afford a gym membership or afford to buy a machine myself.
