They have 12 different exercise machines and between each machine is alternating step or jogging boards. I go 3X a week and first I do 10 minute warm up on the elipticle machine and then 2 or 3 laps through the circut (about 25-40 minutes - you switch machines every 40 seconds) and I finish with 50 crunches using the exercise ball (I started only doing 15 and I am gradually increasing the number of crunches each week) and then I do a 5 minute session of stretching to cool down. I have been doing this for 5 weeks now. I don't weigh myself - I was weighed and had my arms, waist, hips, (ect.) measured my first day and I will repeat that again on week #8.
