Guest guest
Oh, well that IS frustrating if you've been putting all that exercise in! You're right, it is quite easy to fall into eating not so healthy. There are plenty of great resources with good low-cal/fat recipes so you'll do fine I'm sure. LOL I work out at Curves 3 times per week, and add Turbo Jam workouts on alternate days. For months I was working out 8-10 times a week! I tried working out more, tried working out less ... didn't seem to matter. Since going vegan, however, I know I'm not making the best food choices for weight loss. I think at first, I just needed to find things I still enjoyed eating that were vegan. But now I've amassed enough recipes that I'm trying to find lower fat, lower calorie options that I still enjoy eating. I'm sure I'll get there ... eventually! Anna .
