Guest guest
I am so glad summer is here. I can't wait to start canning. That really helps me throughout the year. I usually can my own fresh salsa, tomato juice, stewed tomatoes and spaghetti sauce, purple hull peas, green beans, okra, and I make my own pickles and sour kraut among other things. I have a new recipe I got from my aunt to can tomatoes in the oven. I can't wait to try it and see if it works. Do any of you can or freeze your own produce???
