1 serving = 1c of heavy duty granola-y yummos

190 cals

3g fat, 0 sat fat

0mg cholesterol

95mg sodium

300mg potassium

36g total carbs

8g dietary fiber

3g soluble fiber

5g insoluble fiber

13g sugar

9g protein

i think these are good numbers - yes? my mom says there is too much fat but

then unwittingly contadicted herself saying you want at least 5g fiber & 3g or

fewer fat. of course i didn't have the box to show her so i just agreed that of

course anything *I* picked out would be bad for me.

Not bad. Granola is generally higher in fat than other breakfast cereals,

so that 3g is not surprising (raisin bran is 1 g, for example.)
