Hi everyone. I'm new to the group. My name is Dena. I'm 34 years

old and live in the Southern U.S. with my husband and two children.

I transitioned to a vegetarian diet at the beginning of this year

and have nearly become vegan as well.

 

I am the primary cook in the family and no one else is vegetarian,

so cooking has been challenging. I look forward to learning some

new, lower fat recipes to feed my family.
