Guest guest
Thank you for your kind welcome! I am looking forward to my change in lifestyle, and at first I thought it might be a little hard, but the more I think about it... Its not! Yippe! I went grocery shopping today and I got some GREAT stuff! It is still an adjustment and Im still learning! The part that is hard is that my hubby is a big meat eater and a " you need your protein " kinda guy! hahahah! So I keep telling him " see, I can get protein here, and in this " We also have 2 kids, they are naturaly not big meat eaters anyway. I do think I will allow milk and eggs though. ( I did buy egg whites in the container today though, whatever that product is) Though after I read something yesterday, milk ain't sounding so yummy right now.. I don't know if I will get over it or not. LOL I also have some Silk Soy in the fridge. Can yall tell me where some things are hidden that I may not know about? Like for example... I didn't know about geletin. So I bought some sour cream today for burritos.... Well, now after researching it more, I won't be eating that either. What can you use in the place of sour cream? Is cream cheese another one??????? IF NOT, I found a wonderful 7- layer bean dip! If it is, do any of yall have a 7-layer bean dip? That can be used?? Any EASY, recipes yall can share would be GREAT!!!! I have been looking online for some different things, and I have found a few. The thing is, Im not a big cook at all!!!!!! I found the 7-layer salad, that looks good and easy, just don't put on the bacon. So any easy recipes yall can send this way would be GREAT! My father in law is coming into town in about a month and he is a HUGE meat eater also, so I need to practice making a few meals this next month that I can make for him that will " wow " him! Thank you so much!!! Jeanine

Guest guest
Yes - Tofutti makes both, and they're awesome! I buy it at Kroger from their produce section.
