Thought I'd check in before going to bed. Pretty basic with some yummy

leftovers from past meals. Cindi

 

Breakfast:

Banana

 

Pre-lunch snack:

Pear

 

Lunch:

Leftover Tofu Enchiladas

 

Afternoon snack:

Apple

 

Dinner:

Leftover Irish Potato Soup

 

Nighttime snack:

1 oz peppered cashews

Are you getting enough calories? This sure doesn't look like much.

If you get too few, your body goes into starvation mode and slows your

metabolism.

Yesterday was a pretty light day for me; I usually eat more calories. :-)
