Guest guest
Me again, on a fat-free vegan regime I've not been signing in lately, because I'm really repeating myself over and over again, so to speak! LOL Ok, breakfasts (except for a couple of days when I was out of steel-cut oats) have been pretty well the same: steelcut oats with a sprinkle of raisins and either sliced apple, sliced banana carob 'cocoa' Evening meal: soup of one kind of another (homemade) with a slice or maybe two of whatever bread came out of the oven or freezer that day. Lunches? Well, there were pre-made things frozen, which I thawed, or leftover things from a couple of days previous, which I tried to revamp a bit with different veggies/salads. But yesterday Tuesday, I made the Sweet And Sour Cabbage With Kidney Beans already posted (with salad, natch). And today, Wednesday, I had some fat-free cornbread with chilied beans - both recipes from Neal Barnard. They're pictured with descriptions on my http://beanvegan.blogspot.com and for once the photos are fairly clear. (Must stop wiggling the camera!!!) My weight hasn't increased, but it hasn't diminished noticeably in the last week either. Still, I'm pleased with it, have loads of energy, and sooner or later another pound will either drop off of its own account or I'll give it the boot. Love, Pat
