I put mine in a cooking liquid (as described in my last post) in a covered casserole in the oven - it takes up most of the liquid. I suppose I could then uncover the casserole and bake it for a bit. Shall try that too. The more ways the merrier, eh? I'll post your recipe to the Files - sorry the photos couldn't get through. The list is set NOT to permit attachements, but in any case has long ago stopped saving them to Archives - and they've never been on Digest - so since so many members receive their messages by Digest or read on the Web, changing the list settings wouldn't help Thanks a bunch!
