What I Ate March 10 (Cindi)

Since I hadn't posted my meals in a couple days...

Cindi

 

Breakfast:

1/4 cup of Peace Cereal Rainforest Crisp Banana Nut (I usually have a cup but

was almost out)

1/4 cup 1% milk (usually have 1/2 cup with my 1 cup of cereal)

 

Before lunch snack:

Banana

 

Lunch:

Veggie sandwich on a bagel

Naked Blue Machine (juice)

 

Afternoon snack:

Pear

 

Dinner:

Roasted Beets and Onions (with garlic)

Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, sprouts, shaved parmesan cheese,

craisins, pepper

 

Night time snack:

1 oz Cashews

1 svg (15 pcs) Fruity Bears
