Guest guest Posted March 5, 2007 Report Share Posted March 5, 2007 Hello: My diet has been leaning to high fat cheese, peanut butter, pasta, sweets and convenience foods. My excercize plan is non-existent; I've degenerated into a couch potato and I need to lose at least 40 lbs. I'm single with no kids, work full time (plus lots of extra hours). I have a boyfriend who I cook for, and he is starting to gain weight too. I'm looking forward to hearing from other vegetarians who strive to eat a healthy diet. What works for you?
