I think that's great that you are both vegan and share some of the cooking.

My partner and I are both vegetarian and while I do most of the cooking, she's a

great help with prep and clean-up. It works for us.

I hope you find some surprisingly good veg food while touring this time! One

can hope, right? :-)

we cut out all meat and finally dairy products, we've been vegan for over 10

years.

* Are you the only veggie or wannabe in your household? My partner and I are

makes great pasta sauces and bean stews.

 

I'm a professional musician and tour quite often. I get very frustrated trying

to find satisfying vegetarian options (let alone vegan options) when I'm on the

road. There is a prevalent belief that if you are a vegetarian, you don't like

to eat!!! What nonsense. I'm heading off to Alberta and Saskatchewan later this

week and not looking forward to the vegetarian standby of plain baked potato and

iceberg lettuce/plastic tomato salad!
