OK, me again, on the lowest fat blah blah blah diet, still trying to

lose weight (and getting there, getting there . . . )

 

Breakfast:

Steel-cut Oats (as before) with half banana, half apple blah blah blah

carob 'cocoa' w lowfat soymilk. (I use stevia for both)

 

Lunch:

Cauliflower and Pea Curry (posted to group yesterday and pic on

http://beanvegan.blogspot.com )

left-over dhal (1/3 cup)

brown basmati rice (spoonful - there was so much else to eat)

small salad with lemon juice and spices

 

Evening Meal:

Usual (these days) soup with bread. Yesterday I'd made

Tomato Cabbage Soup (posted Message # 7514 and to the Files - can

also be found here with pic http://beanvegan.blogspot.com )

Had this with a slice of homemade wholewheat sourdough bread - love sourdough!
