Guest guest Posted March 6, 2007 Report Share Posted March 6, 2007 OK, me again, on the lowest fat blah blah blah diet, still trying to lose weight (and getting there, getting there . . . ) Breakfast: Steel-cut Oats (as before) with half banana, half apple blah blah blah carob 'cocoa' w lowfat soymilk. (I use stevia for both) Lunch: Cauliflower and Pea Curry (posted to group yesterday and pic on http://beanvegan.blogspot.com ) left-over dhal (1/3 cup) brown basmati rice (spoonful - there was so much else to eat) small salad with lemon juice and spices Evening Meal: Usual (these days) soup with bread. Yesterday I'd made Tomato Cabbage Soup (posted Message # 7514 and to the Files - can also be found here with pic http://beanvegan.blogspot.com ) Had this with a slice of homemade wholewheat sourdough bread - love sourdough!
