Guest guest
I just got a great cook book in the mail today - its called 'Vegan Lunch Box'. But it doesn't include any nutritional information. Most of the recipes seem very healthy - but I'm still counting calories and I would like to plug in the ingredients/servings/etc to see what it would be? Any thoughts? Guest guest
Cara, you lucky girl I have wanted that cookbook for some time but have so many other ones maybe you can post your favorites. I love her blog. It is a lot of trouble to have to type up all the food but I love the website mypyramid.gov you can go to the food tracker or print out custom made food logs that tell you how much of each food group to eat. The problem is a lot of veggy foods are not listed like TVP. If anyone else from the group knows of a better site I would like to know also. Steph TV dinner still cooling? Check out " Tonight's Picks " on TV.

Don't know if it's better, but someone this morning pointed me to this one: http://www.nutritiondata.com/ But no TVP there either However, it IS at: http://www.calorieking.com/foods/ Is there ever a perfect site? *sigh* Love, Pat
