what I ate on sunday

I am on a low-fat vegetarian diet. I also watch sodium.

 

Breakfast:

1 cup Total cereal

1/4 cup soymilk

 

Snack:

Chex 100 calorie mix

 

Lunch:

Grilled Cheese

French fries

 

Dinner

1 cup broccoli

1/4 cup brown rice

1 cup baked tofu

1/2 cup fresh pinapple

 

Water through out the day..

 

I know, I know my lunch was aweful but we were invited to a fast food lunch

who didnt have a baked potato or salad without chicken option. I know the scales

won't be friendly with me tomorrow.
