But if it's just a little you want, you can grind up some sesame seeds, presuming that you have them. That'd give the flavour. If you want it to give a nutty flavour to a dip or spread, I've known people to use a tsp or so of peanut butter. It won't be the same, of course, quite a different taste, but it is, they assure me, very good. Do you have sesame oil? If you're making, say, hummus you could add half a tsp or so of sesame oil to give the right flavour.
