I did that before I posted last time - and found Cindi had posted the recipe you

mention

It's in the Files now - under that exact name. I suppose one could use more or

less the

same ingredients minus the beans, cook it on the stovetop and add the cooked

rice

towards the end or, indeed, the uncooked near the beginning.

Yep, that's the same book (and recipe) Cheryl. Enjoy it, everything we've made

from the book has been really good!

Thanks so much for mentioning the cookbook below! I got it from the

library, and I can tell that I will have to purchase it. The author wrote

another cookbook that I have, the Vegetarian Meat and Potato Lovers

Cookbook. There are a couple of recipes in that book that I will share with

the group soon.
