Spanish Rice - Recipe. please? / was Cooking, Anyone?

I didn't see it in the files either. But I remember we were talking

about this recipe before Christmas, so you can go back through the

messages in Nov and Dec and you'll probably see it, someone

definitely had Spanish Rice in the subject line. I just got a new

cookbook called Fresh From the Vegetarian Slow Cooker and a recipe

that is similar, is on page 107 - Slow Spanish Rice and Beans.
