Well you've got to be motivated and you have to have wonderful things to substitute for that junk food imho - and we have the food ideas for sure. Have a look at the Files! But you know, I think it's something veggies fall into - Junk Food is often there for us when we can't find anything else veggie in a hurry. And it is comforting. Sad but true.
