I've been doing lowfat for a while now, but sometimes 'low' creeps up to being not quite as low as it should be. So I'm being stricter with myself this last week and a half and I'm losing those extra pounds I put on too I do add ground flaxseed to my breakfast - so there is obviously some 'fat', as there is in some other foods too. > I think the biggest and best change I > made was trying to cook all my own meals from basic ingredients. It's not just fat (of course not!!!) but hidden sugars and all sorts of things that we don't need - at least I don't need 'em LOL Have you tried adding lots of whole grains to your meals, rather than refined (white flour, white rice, white pasta, etc.)? I find them very very satisfying and of course they're reputed to be good for us too. Keep us in touch with how you're doing, okay? Love, Pat
