Guest guest
Hi Aram and welcome to our group! I'm Cindi, co-owner along with Pat. Where abouts by Santa Rosa are you? I'm sort of familiar with that area. I live in Davis, just west of Sacramento. I understand about being a junk food vegetarian; my partner and I were the same way until about a year or so ago when we made a conscious decision to eat better and then about 6 months ago we started doing Weight Watchers to help us lose weight and get used to eating correct portion sizes, etc. We still eat out now & then and also enjoy frozen meals for those lazy/busy evenings, but we do make a majority of our meals from scratch using fresh, local produce whenever we can. It's made a huge deal in how we feel physically, and mentally for that matter too! There's lots of great ideas in our files for recipes so make sure you check them out. Again, welcome!
