Guest guest Posted January 15, 2007 Report Share Posted January 15, 2007 Fresh Tomato Pizza Crust 1 cup white flour 1 cup wheat flour 1 pkg rapid rise yeast 1 teaspoon sugar 3/4 cup very hot not boiling water Toppings 1 crushed garlic clove 3 large plum tomatos sliced thin 1 1/4 cups reduce fat mozzerella cheese 1 red pepper sliced in strips 1/2 onion finely diced 1. Combine flour, yeast, sugar and water until combined adding a Tablespoon more at a time if sticky. Knead for 5 minutes and set in bowl sprayed with Pam let rise for 45 minutes. 2. After the dough has rised sprinkle cornmeal on baking sheet and stretch your pizza dough to fit a 12 inch pizza pan. 3 sprinkle with garlic and place tomato on dough, cover with cheese and remaining veggies.
