Guest guest
Get an assortment of fruit that you can chow down on to help try & make you full or veggies to snack on such as carrots, celery, tomatoes, edamame, etc. What types of proteins are you eating? Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be just one answer for everyone as our bodies can be quite different in the way they process food. Wouldn't that be nice though! :-) Are you using any sort of weight loss program or setting small goals for yourself? It can really help as I know the big picture can feel overwhelming at times. But, I also have a slow thyroid and since my meds have been changed to generic, i have gained 30 lbs in a matter of 3 or 4 months. I am truly sick of being sick and fat. Isn't there anyone who has an answer? .
