Hi Laura,

 

I totally empathize with your situation! I stopped doing bedside

nursing a year ago, to work as a clinical analyst at a desk all day

long. I definitely see a change in my fitness level since I stopped

running around all day. I'm also over 40, and agree that if you don't

use it, you will surely lose it!

 

Hang in there - only a few more weeks until you get to move again :)
