This is the story up until 8 weeks ago I worked in a building that was 10 floors. I had to run around the building multiple times a day (in high heels and a suit) anyway I started a new job where I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day and in a car 2 hours. It did not take long for my nice sleek body to get all jiggly and gross. I have 4 more weeks of this sitting, sitting sitting thing and then I am free to work from home!!! The days are dragging and will continue to do so until I have the freedom to take a walk during the middle of the day and hit the gym a couple of days a week. The bottom line, if you do not use it you DO LOOSE IT! and fast!!! Especially if you are in the over 40 crowd (which I am) Laura Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
