Trying not to use any sort of suppressants; as I am prone to asthma, it's best if things don't settle in my lungs. Anywho... Welcome to all our new members and Happy New Year everyone! Have any of you made any resolutions regarding diet, eating habits, exercise, (or anything else) you'd like to share)? I haven't officially yet although I believe it will have to do with walking more. Resolutions are easy to break so I'm trying more to just " resolve " to add certain things into my life. Weight loss is progressing. I've lost 30 pounds as of this morning so that feels nice. So I figure I'll just continue on my current course as far as eating, just need to bump up the exercise factor a bit. I hope to be more present in the group now that I'm almost back to my normal self! I still have not heard anything back from you guys about a new recipe minder. I also haven't seen too many recipes coming through and I will make more of an effort to start sending more stuff on a regular basis. Let's start sharing what works for us since we're all here for the same reason; to eat better and slim down! :-) Here's to a healthy, happy & prosperous 2007...
