Guest guest Posted December 28, 2006 Report Share Posted December 28, 2006 Hi all, Just a reminder: you're welcome to post your recipes on the list and we, the moderators, are responsible for copying them to the Files section of the Vegetarian Slimming site. As stated in the guidelines: " We welcome only *Tried-and-True* recipes (kitchen-tested by the member) which are low-fat as well as low in sugar and calories, suitable for slimming/weight loss. Recipes must be vegetarian (or vegan) and edited to exclude all references to meat and dead-animal products. Eggs, dairy and honey are permitted. A moderator will then place the recipes in the appropriate folder in the Files on our web page. " Please include the word RECIPE in the subject line of your email, together with the name of your recipe. The moderator (at present Maida) may contact you about the content of the recipe before placing it in the appropriate folder of the Files section. Previously it was possible, though contrary to the guidelines, to post recipes directly to the Files section.
