You are right - it is all down to a simple in out equation. I do plenty of raw fruit. Harly any candy, choc or pastries get past my lips these days, and only between 5 and 10 units of booze per week. A blood test shows I have a slightly underactive thyroid so maybe that accounts for some of the probs in losing weight although I have none of the other symptoms. I obviously don't realise how much extra cals I eat. I need more will power - does anyone know where you buy more will power please?
